Watching someone you love struggle with alcohol or drug abuse can be painful and isolating. But there is hope and comfort in meeting with others who share a similar burden. Hearing the stories of others with loved ones suffering from alcohol/substance abuse and sharing your own journey will help manage a myriad of emotions and reassure you that you are not alone. Rays of Hope is a support group for adults that is Christ-centered, Holy Spirit-led, and intended to provide hope, comfort, and a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental place where you can feel free to unburden yourself and find solace in the presence of others who understand. The group is centered around a relationship with Jesus Christ, prayer, Scripture, sharing, and listening. Each weekly group is stand-alone and you are welcome to attend at any point. The group is free and no registration is required. You do not have to attend Renaissance Church to attend the Rays of Hope Support Group.
